The Cairn itself is the product of a big dream. We exist because a group of people allowed themselves to dream big about adding value to our community and transforming the lives of the people we rub shoulders with every day. The dreamers who launched The Cairn were fortunate enough to live and work in an environment that fosters, encourages, and facilitates these kinds of visions; but, we recognize that this opportunity is not the norm for far too many people in our community and in our world.

That is why the DREAM BIG concept has always been a part of the vision of The Cairn. It is our desire that, through our intentional strategies and business practices, we will be able to come along side people and encourage them to dream big…and then to help provide them with the means and opportunities for them to make these dreams a reality.
